Lindsay Rice

Lindsay Rice holds the position of Senior Director for Academic Partnerships and Assistant Professor at Wilmington University. His primary focus is in fostering relationships with various educational institutions and organizations, including high schools, community colleges, community organizations, the military, employers, and other postsecondary education providers. Since joining Wilmington University in 2011, Rice has held several key roles, spanning academic advising, credit for prior learning, dual enrollment, community college partnerships, and military affairs.

Recognized for his contributions to adult and experiential learning, Rice was honored as a Learning Counts Ambassador by the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) in 2015. He has also chaired the university curriculum committee and been an active member of both the Delaware Department of Education 2022 Dual Enrollment Taskforce and the 2023 Credit for Prior Learning Taskforce. In addition, he is a member of the board of investors for Wilmington Alliance and he previously served as a Town of Odessa Councilperson for over 10 years.

A passionate advocate for expanding student access and fostering pathways that blend education with work experience, Rice champions stackable credentials that lead to meaningful careers and economic mobility. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University.
