The plan was endorsed by the Delaware Business Roundtable last year in its Delaware Growth Agenda report for its strategies designed to create a direct link between education, workforce, and community resources.

Since the report has been published, progress has already begun with grants from J.P Morgan Chase & Co. and the U.S. Department of Labor. These funds will be used to enhance the ties between local businesses, educators and community organizations to better provide students with relevant work experience.
