Justina M. Sapna is the vice president of academic affairs at Delaware Technical Community College. She served in a college-wide leadership role as principal investigator and project director for the U.S. Department of Labor Federal Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training Round 1 and Round 3 grants. As one of the founders of Las Américas ASPIRA Academy, Margie López Waite was instrumental in opening the first dual-language charter school in Delaware. She has been involved with ASPIRA of Delaware as a volunteer and board member since 2004. Margie later transitioned into the head of school role shortly after the school charter was approved in April 2009. Read more.
Sandra Hall is a fourth grade teacher at North Smyrna Elementary School and the 2016 Delaware Teacher of the Year. Education was a second career for Sandra, who earned an Associate of Science degree in business from Goldey-Beacom College and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Louisville. A series of life events were instrumental in her decision to become a teacher. Read more.
